hall Hire
Hire costs include the use of the Hall, kitchen, garden and all equipment except the marquee:
- Private parties are charged at £100 per day for exclusive use of the hall, kitchen and garden
- Meetings are charged at an hourly rate of £15 or a reduced rate of £10 for those with a parish connection
- A nominal heating charge applies between 1st October and 31st March
- The charge for Elections is £15 per hour
equipment hire
Hall hire includes usage of Hall equipment excluding the marquee.
The Hall equipment is also available for hire separately within the parish boundaries of Charlecote, Hampton Lucy and Loxley. Loans to charitable events that benefit Charlecote are free of charge.

- 12 mid-sized 3’ x 2’3” tables, 3 long 6’ x 2’3” tables £1.50 each
- Benches £1 each
- Chairs £0.25 each
- Sets of cups/saucers/side plates £4 for 10
- Sets of dinner plates £2 for 10
- Sets of dessert bowls £2 for 10
- Wine glasses £2 for 10
- Sets of cutlery £1 for 10
- Urn £3
- Teapot / jug / tray 50p each
- Tea Towels/tablecloths available for Hall use only
- Marquee (8m x 4m) £75 per event
CONDITIONS OF HIRE
1. The person responsible for the hire is to be available at the Hall.
2. The Hall must be vacated by 10.30pm (or later by arrangement with the Management Committee).
3. The Hall should be left clean and tidy, as you would wish to find it, and all rubbish should be removed.
4. The Hall should not be used for a disco.
5. The maximum capacity of the Hall is 70 people.
6. Any damage to the fabric of the building, or breakages, will be charged to the hirer.
7. NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere on the premises.
8. The Management Committee is not responsible for damage or theft of any personal belongings on the premises.
